Technology on Wednesday

 On Wednesday we went to technology. I'm in ICT, in ICT we make 3D things and do online stuff, we were making a 3D pencil/phone holder thingy, it took a long time to make the designs and we still aren't finished but it's ok as I had heaps of fun. (:

Jogging is slow running for longer time,so the run will last longer,give you time to smell the fresh air and clear your mind

Arthur Lydiard is a NZ coach/and does athletics in the 1950’s.

How, American coaches used the practise with their athlete ability.

Why, it makes people fit,build stamina/strength, its a Aerobic exercise and to be a good athlete in NZ
