JOGGING 

Jogging is slow running for longer time,so the run will last longer,give you time to smell the fresh air and clear your mind



Arthur Lydiard is a NZ coach/and does athletics in the 1950’s.



How, American coaches used the practise with their athlete ability.



Why, it makes people fit,build stamina/strength, its a Aerobic exercise and to be a good athlete in NZ
